We’ve lived at these apartments for 5 years and recently moved into a 2-bedroom unit. The new manager made our move fast and easy, which made this transition a really positive experience. We’ve gotten married and had our daughter here, and over the years we’ve really gotten to know our neighbors. Scarlett loves the park, and our dogs absolutely love the dog park! The community feels clean and well-kept, especially thanks to our maintenance guy, Jesus. He’s incredibly nice, efficient, and always willing to help with anything we need. He even talks to our toddler when she tries to chat with him, which shows how friendly he is. Everything has been running smoothly since the new team arrived, and we’re so happy to call this place home. Family Friendly, Highly Recommend 🧡

Ana, the property manager is always on top of things. She's friendly and strict at the same time and keeps all of us as her tenants as happy as happy can be. Never had a more competent manager. She stays on top of all work orders and always follows up to make sure everything is done right.

We've been living here for a few years, it's a nice neighborhood right in the city not far from stores and schools nearby. The management has changed a few times over the years not a problem. However we pay for our parking spot but office people park there and well idk how to bring that up to them they're very nice it's just if we pay to have a parking spot and office people just park there we have to find somewhere else to park until they move theirs. Ik it's not a big issue it just doesn't seem right. Oh also our bathroom door came off and I have a one year old and I'm kind of worried it'll fall on her so we might need a new door. But very nice apartments and people working here otherwise. :) Highly Recommend!
